Norman J. Groot

Founder And Managing Lawyer

Investigation Counsel PC offers a form of privatized policing. The firm was created to investigate and prosecute fraud cases. We do not defend fraudsters. As an ancillary service to our investigative networks, we defend police and private sector investigators in all forms of actions, and provide complementary litigation consulting to the police and private investigation communities. We welcome your inquiries.
