At ICPC, we coordinate complex corporate, workplace and insurance fraud investigations. We plan, organize and provide comprehensive and thorough reporting (and affidavits) supporting our findings and investigative legal opinions. In addition, we provide expert interrogators, surveillance personnel and forensic specialists. These services are designed to minimize a lawyer’s time managing an investigation.

Conducting Investigations for Businesses

At ICPC, among other areas, we investigate suspicions of employee fraud and corporate espionage in consideration of impending litigation. These investigations are coordinated with in-house counsel, as well as an array of other specialists. Most importantly, our investigations are protected by solicitor-client privilege. In other words, our investigations protect businesses by ensuring confidentiality.
